Very Good
The location was excellent.
We were surprised to be charged to use the sun beds on the beach. The beach at Cocobaia was described as “private” so we had assumed that use of that beach would be included in the room price. I think if this is not included the advertising is slightly disingenuous since non-hotel guests can also pay to use the beach area (so it’s not private at all!)

We wanted to stay in a beachfront hotel and our expectations were fulfilled.
The location and the friendly staff
We really did not like the standard double room which had a bath in the middle of it, with only a clear glass screen separating it from the bedroom meaning there was no privacy when bathing or showering and also we found the in-bath shower to be dangerous for an older person to use. We immediately asked to be moved and the hotel obliged, although we were asked to pay a (reduced) supplement for the new room which was on the first floor and although it was smaller it had an excellent seafront balcony. Both rooms were sadly lacking any hooks; there was only one, in the shower. The charge of Euros 22 per person for breakfast seemed a little excessive considering that other than a salad of two types of melon, grapes and occasionally pineapple there was no fresh fruit on the buffet.

Really pleasant memorable
I found the staff exceptional. They were very welcoming. I had booked a second night after making my first booking, and the manager made sure we could stay in the same room. The beach is beautiful, and the food at the beach bar was outstanding. It was the highlight of our trip to the French mediterranean and I've been recommending to people back here in Canada. Jason

The view !
Location and view, nice decoration and style. Excellent cuisine, they have a great chef with no doubt.
Rooms are fairly small. A bit cramped.
